Hey guys, I just had my birthday party last night and it was so much fun. I got a soccer ball, a new soccer bag and a some shin guards. My whole family was there, and it was so much fun. The Birthday Rule is an informal procedure used in the health insurance industry to help determine which health plan is considered “primary”, when children are listed as dependents on multiple health plans.
This scenario occurs often among divorced parents. The parents include their children on each other’s insurance plan to maximize coverage and to ensure that the child will be covered when visiting the other parent.
The insurance plans need to coordinate benefits so that the claim is paid properly. To prevent overpayment one parent’s plan is designated as the primary plan and the other as a secondary plan. The Birthday Rule determines which plan is primary. It states that the health plan of the parent whose birthday comes first in the calendar year will be considered the primary plan.
Exceptions to the rule include parents that share the same birthday, divorced or separated parents, active employees and different plan types.
When parents have the same birthday, the parent which has had their plan longer pays first.
Where the parents are either divorced or separated, the plan of the parent who has legal custody will be considered primary. If the parent with custody is remarried, the new spouse’s plan would then be considered secondary. The plan of the parent without custody would pay any additional expenses not covered.
If one spouse is currently employed and has insurance and the other spouse has coverage through a former employer (COBRA), the plan of the currently employed spouse would be primary. Glad U were born today.
Group plans are considered primary over individual plans.

Fun Birthday Game...

Cardboard birthday cake with separate fillings, 6 cardboard candles and 6 card stands, 54 plastic holders, one cardboard plate for the cake and a spinner.

The object of the game

It¹s Party Time! But look, mom tumbled down while carrying the cake and it fell up side down on the table! The aim of the game is that the players help mom to put the cake back together again. The Birthday Party game includes a delicious looking birthday cake and your task is to put one piece of it back together by spinning the spinner. This might not be as easy as it sounds: You should put the piece of the cake together from the bottom layer of the cake all the way up to the candles.
Before the game begins
Remove the parts of the cake from the cardboard frames and put them together using the plastic holders (see pictorial). Attach each candle to a cardboard stand. Put the spinner together by attaching the arrow to the cardboard. Each player takes one piece of the cake from the table and places it in front of him or her: One piece of the bottom layer, one slice of red filling, one piece of the middle layer, one slice of orange filling and finally one piece of the top layer of the cake and one candle. The colour of your candle indicates where on the plate you start to build your piece of the cake. Put the spinner on the table so that every player reaches it. Then it¹s play time, so let the games begin!
How to play
The youngest player or the one who celebrates his or her birthday begins the game by spinning the spinner. The first task is to get a piece of the bottom layer of the cake. Then a slice of the red filling. After placing the red filling on the bottom layer you go on and try to get a piece of the middle layer and so on, until your piece of the cake is finished and you can put your candle on it. You may take the piece you need when you spin a picture of it with the spinner ­ in the beginning the players try thus to spin a picture of a cake layer with the spinner. It may not be as easy as it sounds ­ you will even need a bit of luck in order to succeed! If the spinner shows a picture of the piece that the player is trying to get, she or he may take that piece of the cake and place it on the plate. The turn goes thereafter to the following player. If the spinner shows a picture of a smiling face the player can take whatever piece of the cake she or he needs at the time. If the spinner shows a picture of a sulking face you have to take back the last piece you added to your piece of the cake. The first player to finish his or her piece of the cake by placing a candle on top of it is the winner!
Birthday Party game for 2 or 3 players
If there are only two or three players, the game can be played so that each player tries to build up several pieces of the cake at the same time. Before the game begins the players decide how many pieces they need to finish in order to win. When a player has completed a piece of cake and put a candle on the top of it, the piece is ready and the player does not have to take anything off this piece of cake even if he or she spins the sulking face with the spinner. Most rose quartz crystals appear a deep rose colour. Rose Quartz is typically found in enormous clusters and rarely occurs as simply individual crystals.
Thin layers of fibrous, fine-grained quartz crystals are referred to as chalcedony, which is generally translucent and has a waxy texture. Carnelian is red chalcedony, the red and white variety is called Sardonyx. Agate is also another type of chalcedony which are typically white, grey and yellowish brown to reddish brown. Moss agate is technically not agate, but white to clear chalcedony.
